The Boss Is In
Stoic standing over all his opposition. Not a worry on his mind only crops coming in time. Feeding the land and carving away. Hands built tough and face weather beaten. Sits on a tractor passing over his land. The boss driving around leading his cattle from behind. A proud father of nine but a prouder grandfather of mine.

Before a wall separated the country of Mexico and U.S.A Ismael came to this country in the early 70’s to work on the fields and loading docks to provide for his family back in Mexico. He would take the train and bus to commute back and forth. Now he mostly stays in Mexico to work on his land and relax in his beautiful home they built from the ground up.
